Position: Consumer Assistant

We’re looking for a smart, caring individual with excellent critical thinking skills to help us with overflow work. This position is contract only, with variable hours, anywhere from 4-20 hours per week depending on caseload. It is best seen as supplemental income that would benefit someone with an existing VA type business, or someone whose schedule demands flexible hours.

You will be working remotely, with a small team, one direct supervisor, and a few case managers who will assign you task-based work, which you will perform on the customer’s behalf in a VA capacity. This is an entirely remote position offering a great work/life balance and flexible hours.

Position: Case Manager

We’re looking for a customer care leader to take over daily customer facing interactions. The Case Manager position is the main contact for customers needing tailored support. The Case Manager determines how best to meet customer needs by prioritizing and assigning tasks. You will field inbound calls daily and make follow up outbound calls two days per week. This is an entirely remote position offering a great work/life balance with benefits.
